5) Hay- On –Wye Local Development proposals New school and possibilities of development of a Supermarket – Councillor David Penrose to draft a letter on behalf of Clifford Parish Council, with parishioners concerns and requesting consultation time with the members of public.

6) Reporting Information

A) Highways – Missing 30 mile an hour disc

8) PROW Report –
Council had Concerns on the footpath CL 6 north of the Poolpardon road after passing through the gate at Tonteg; as there is a new gate tied up and blocked up. with a notice saying it has been left open and it has been reported to the council. The alternative stile is not adequate. None of the stiles are dog friendly as the dog either has to jump or be lifted over, otherwise the dog and owner goes on a long detour round.

8)”Awards For All” Commons Grant – Council approved the new notice board it was agreed that a wooden name plaque would be added to the notice board which Councillor Will Bullough would provide. The application for Hereford Fruit trees had been successful and planting would be arranged upon receipt of the trees, this would be done by the Lengthsman.

9) Update on Open Spaces (OSO) – The County Land Agent had advised that as no local objections had been received concerning the ownership or registration of 12 of the 13 plots comprising Priory Wood Common, he had now applied for formal registration with The National Planning Inspectorate. A reply was awaited.
